Differ's mission is to make loyalty programs better and more profitable for both owners and members. With the Loyalty Barometer, we seek to gain a deeper knowledge of what drives customer loyalty for brands behind loyalty programs.
About the 2026 survey
The Loyalty Barometer 2026 surveys members of the 60 largest Loyalty Programs in Norway and Sweden. We will measure consumer satisfaction including drivers behind their satisfaction. And we will measure if Loyalty Programs satisfaction drives customer loyalty to the brand behind the program. As a program owner, you can compare your program's performance with similar programs in your industry, and use the top scoring programs as a benchmark.

93% of Norwegian consumers are members of at least one loyalty programs

71% of these are members of more than six loyalty programs

3 out of 10 Consumers never read any member communications they receive from loyalty programs – these are also the most dissatisfied members

54 / 100 is the average satisfaction score for all the 60 programs. This is a surprisingly low score
