A smaller Norwegian niche bank in an expansion phase wanted growth in their customer base but without the need to hire more staff. Streamlining business processes have been an important focus area for the bank and Differ has been a go-to strategic partner for several years.
Differ suggested robotic process automation (RPA) of business processes in the bank. That way, the bank would have a cost-efficient and scalable way of dealing with the increase in tasks and compliance that comes with customer growth. Differ started the project by mapping out which internal processes would be suited for automation. The solution needed to be flexible for a variety of tasks and adaptable to a changing business environment.
The solution helped the bank automate more than 50 internal processes, freeing up time, increasing flexibility and improving customer relations with shorter response times and better customer service.
Differ has continued to support the bank by managing and overseeing its automated operational processes, ensuring that daily activities remain streamlined and efficiently handled through automation technologies. Over time, changes and improvements have been implemented to enhance performance and adaptability.
