Creating a Unified Nordic Strategy for Product Synergy and Growth

We helped a Norwegian bank align its Nordic insurance strategy by analyzing customer satisfaction and creating market-specific plans.

A large Norwegian consumer bank wanted to set a common, strategic direction for their insurance product offerings across all Nordic countries. The challenge was to align the Nordic countries on a set of strategic choices going forward, that would create synergy effects for all.

Differ Strategy Consulting started off by analyzing the customer satisfaction scores - and drivers among competitors in the Nordic markets. Together with the client, we worked with these insights to establish a common understanding of the real challenges the bank was facing. Differ assisted the bank in setting goals and developing a concrete action plan to address these challenges. A strategy was developed for each of the Nordic countries that aligned with the overall Nordic strategy.
