With an increasing number of offices in Norway, a leading real estate chain faced the challenge of consolidating performance insights from multiple underlying data sources into a single, user-friendly tool. The challenge was to integrate various data sources in a way that would allow for easy access and analysis, supporting better decision-making and follow-up actions
Differ developed a comprehensive solution using Power BI to consolidate key performance data into a single interface. The Power BI dashboard provided insights into company metrics, with the ability to filter data by region and date. It also allowed the client to track trends in other services offered to customers. In addition, an automated customer survey was integrated into Power BI, giving the client the ability to identify correlations between customer feedback and performance metrics. This solution enabled faster, data-driven decision-making, more efficient follow-ups, and better insight into company performance across all regions.
