From Ambition to Insight: Streamlining analytics for Better Decision-Making

We helped a leading insurance company become data-driven in their decision making by designing and implementing an Azure-based analytics platform and Power BI dashboards, streamlining data and KPI tracking for better decision-making.
The client, a leading insurance company within the field of legal protection insurance had an ambition to become an even more fact- and insight-driven organization. To streamline its analysis processes and facilitate better decision-making, they reached out to Differ to discuss analytics and data warehousing. After evaluations, Differ and the client decided that going forward, they would base their analytics platform on Azure and Microsoft Power BI.
Automated and quality-assured data loads were set up in Azure from the client's key systems. A scalable analysis model in Azure Analysis Services (AAS) was implemented, enabling the measurement of a range of KPIs across external and internal dimensions. Reports and dashboards with modern and intuitive interfaces were developed in Power BI for stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. The reports use a common analysis model to ensure reuse and good control of data.
