Implementing a Management Tool for Insights and Performance

In a competitive commercial real estate market, Differ implemented a data-driven tool to systematically track and improve tenant satisfaction.

For a client within the commercial real estate space, data collection and customer insights was an integral part of the strategy for the shopping centre branch of the company. A need for systematic collection of customer – and market data had emerged, and the client engaged Differ Strategy Consulting for the project. The overall goal of the project was to raise satisfaction among tenants, and in turn increase profitability and reputation.

Using existing data and a pilot project as a starting point, Differ and the client observed how the shopping centers performed compared to competitors. We analysed the drivers of satisfaction in the commercial real estate space and developed a tool to collect data on the clients performance on these drivers on a regular basis. Finally, a dashboard in Power BI was presented to the management of the client, which equipped them with a powerful set of tools to collect data and monitor satisfaction among their tenants.
