By combining the pet store chain’s market expertise with our deep understanding of customer behavior, we identified key insights to guide their strategy for improved loyalty and sales.

The pet store chain aimed to strengthen its position in a competitive market by gaining a deeper understanding of its customers. The goal was to uncover the driving factors behind purchasing behaviors, with a particular focus on the differences between online and in-store shopping. Through comprehensive market research, the focus was on evaluating customer satisfaction for both the chain and its competitors. This insight was intended to form the foundation for strategic actions to improve both customer experience and sales.

The project involved an in-depth market analysis to map customer preferences and identify growth opportunities. The collected data was used to evaluate the chain’s market position relative to competitors, with a focus on the potential for developing additional services and an ecosystem to boost loyalty. The findings were presented in detailed reports, and workshops were held with the client to discuss strategic actions based on the analysis results.
