Making Loyalty Programs better for both owners and members
The Loyalty Barometer 2025
The Loyalty Barometer 2025 has over 1.800 respondents and 3.243 assessments. The panel is delivered by Norstat.
The Loyalty Barometer measures the 60 largest Loyalty Programs in Norway. We have measured Norwegian consumers satisfaction with these programs, and through advanced analysis, we have found the drivers behind their satisfaction. As a program owner, you can compare your program's performance with similar programs in your industry, and use the top scoring programs as a benchmark. As an output from this, you can create your own success formula for your Loyalty Program.
Some Key Findings:
93 % of Norwegian consumers are members of at least one loyalty programs
71 % of these are members of more than six loyalty programs
3 out of 10 Consumers never read any member communications they receive from loyalty programs – these are also the most dissatisfied members
The average satisfaction score for all the 60 programs is 54. This is a surprisingly low score
39 % say they still shop more with the company behind the loyalty program than they would have if they weren’t members
